Ingredients
* 1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
* Juice of 1 lemon
* 1 teaspoon tobasco sauce
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon catsup
* dash of salt

Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for 30 minutes and serve with any shellfish.

* 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
* 2 teaspoons white vinegar
* Dash of tobasco sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
* Dash of salt

Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for 30 minutes and serve with any fish or shellfish.
