Easy Marinade Recipe #1


Ingredients
* 2 cups oil (vegetable or olive)
* 1 cup dry white wine
* 4 shallots, finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a suitable bowl (according to size of fish) and mix well.
2. Place fish in marinade and brush marinade on all sides.
3. Place in refrigerator for at least two hours. Turn and baste fish on all sides periodically.
Note: An alternate method to using a bowl is to put marinade and fish in a sealable, leakproof plastic freezer bag.
